I was approached by Mr. Noel, who expressed concern that his NGO’s website was not effectively converting visitors into engaged supporters. Upon reviewing the site, I identified that it felt outdated, cluttered, and lacked a clear user journey.
To address this, I began with thorough research and maintained close communication with him to gain a clear understanding of his vision and objectives. He needed a platform that could effectively communicate the unique challenges faced by young boys and men, while inspiring action and support.
With this insight, what followed was a step-by-step design journey aimed at creating a modern, user-friendly, and impactful platform.
